We started in a Christchurch garage in 2020, with two people, a ute, and the belief that Kiwis deserved better outdoor spaces than what was on offer.

The early years were hard. We designed every space ourselves, built them ourselves, and learned the hard way that a Canterbury nor'wester will find the weak spot in anything you make. So we kept refining. Kept engineering. Kept listening.

Word travelled the way it does in New Zealand and one happy neighbour at a time. Christchurch became the South Island. Wellington came next. Then Auckland, then everywhere in between. Today we've built over 5,000 outdoor spaces from Kaitaia to Invercargill and the way we work hasn't really changed.

We believe the outdoors is where New Zealanders actually live. It's where the barbecue gets going, where the long lunch turns into dinner, where the day finally slows down.

So we design outdoor rooms with the same care and craft as the ones inside engineered for our weather, built to last, and made to give people back the time they'd otherwise lose to the forecast.
